I don't have an invite — can I sign up?
10XU is currently invite-only. You need an invite from a 10XU coach. If you're interested in 1:1 coaching, visit 10x-u.com.
I clicked the email confirmation link but nothing happened
Make sure you have the 10XU app installed first, then tap the link from your phone. The link opens the app directly. If you're seeing this on a desktop, forward the email to your phone and tap from there.
My Apple Health data isn't showing
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → 10XU and make sure all the data categories are toggled on. Then reopen the app and pull-to-refresh on the Home screen.
How do I cancel my coaching?
Coaching is billed directly by 10XU outside the app. Contact your coach or email privacy@10x-u.com to discuss.
